Effective date: 24 Jan 2026 Service name: Ordely (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Ordely mobile applications for iOS and Android and any related websites, pages, and services accessible through the App (including embedded web content). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Ordely is intended for customers in Kurdistan. Where applicable, the Service supports coordinating purchases on Amazon Germany and arranging delivery to Kurdistan.
Trademark notice: “Amazon” is a trademark of its respective owner. Ordely is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

2) Service description

Ordely provides a shopping experience that may include product browsing, search, filters, product details, cart building, and the ability to submit an order request for assisted purchasing. Where applicable, Astera Logistics GmbH coordinates purchases on Germany-based marketplaces (including Amazon Germany) and arranges delivery to Kurdistan.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

4) Accounts and user responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information (including contact and delivery details) and keep it updated.
  • You agree to use the Service lawfully and not attempt to compromise the platform.

5) Order requests, pricing, and availability

  • Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability, final price, or delivery timelines.
  • Product information (price, availability, images, ratings) can change and may be cached for performance.
  • Final purchase terms are confirmed at the time the order is placed via the relevant marketplace/provider.

6) Payments

Payments are typically processed by third-party payment providers on the website. We do not store full payment card numbers in our systems. Payment providers may collect and process payment details directly, subject to their own terms and policies.

7) Third-party services and content

The Service may display product data obtained via third-party providers (for example, Rainforest API) which may reflect content from third-party sites (including Amazon domains). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or performance;
  • scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law;
  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

9) Intellectual property

The Service (including branding, UI, and software) is owned by Ordely/Astera Logistics GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Third-party trademarks (including “Amazon”) belong to their respective owners.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that product data will always be accurate or up-to-date.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astera Logistics GmbH and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
