Ordely is intended primarily for customers in Kurdistan who want a simpler way to discover international products and arrange local delivery.
Where does product information come from?
Ordely may obtain titles, images, prices, ratings and other product information through data providers reflecting third-party marketplaces, including Amazon Germany. Availability and source-market information can change.
Is Ordely part of Amazon?
No. Ordely is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and related trademarks belong to their respective owner.
Which currency does Ordely use?
Customer-facing prices and checkout totals are normally shown in Iraqi dinars (IQD). Source prices may originate in EUR, USD or another currency and can be converted and rounded for display.
Which payment methods are supported?
Depending on availability for the order and device, checkout can offer First Iraqi Bank (FIB) online payment.
How do delivery and returns work?
The customer chooses a delivery point during checkout. Delivery estimates and any applicable conditions are shown for the order. Eligible return or cancellation requests can be opened on the Returns & Refunds page; mandatory consumer rights remain available as explained in the Terms of Service.
