How order cancellation and return works
Submitting this form creates a request for the Ordely team. It does not instantly delete the order or guarantee that an order already being purchased or delivered can be stopped.

FIB payment refund
An approved refund is sent through the original First Iraqi Bank (FIB) online payment route. Bank processing time may vary.
Use the number shown on the Ordely invoice or order page.
If required, enter the email or phone number used for the order.
Select the reason and add useful details for the support team.
The system records the exact request time inside the 72-hour window.
Support checks the current order stage and whether fulfilment can be stopped.
Ordely contacts you with cancellation, return or refund instructions.
Important: submit the request before the countdown reaches zero. A shorter technical request window does not remove mandatory consumer rights. For a defective, incorrect or damaged item, or if the online form is unavailable, contact Ordely Support and keep your order number and evidence of the message.
What happens immediately after I submit the form?
The page changes the request status to Return requested and stores the submission time. The order is not automatically erased. Ordely support must review the order stage and confirm the result.
Can an order be cancelled after purchasing or delivery has started?
It may no longer be possible to stop the shipment. Ordely will check the fulfilment stage and, where a return is available, provide instructions for returning the item after delivery. Do not send anything before receiving instructions.
How does a refund work after FIB online payment?
A refund is initiated only after the request is approved. It is returned through the original First Iraqi Bank (FIB) online payment route where practicable. The time required for the amount to appear depends on bank processing.
What information should I prepare?
Prepare the Ordely order number, the email or phone used for the order, the cancellation or return reason, and any useful details. For a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and take clear photographs.
What if the 72-hour online window has expired?
The automated form will no longer create a standard cancellation request. You can still contact Ordely Support about a defective or incorrect product or another right that remains available under the applicable policy or law.
