These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Ordely's website, mobile applications for iOS and Android, embedded web pages and related ordering, support and delivery features (together, the “Service”).
1Agreement and related policies
These Terms form an agreement between you and the Ordely service provider identified below. The following documents also apply and are incorporated by reference where relevant:
- Privacy Policy, explaining how personal data is processed;
- Cookie Policy, explaining cookies and similar technologies;
- any product-specific, delivery, promotion, return or payment conditions displayed before you place an order.
If product- or order-specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the more specific conditions apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
2Service provider and contacts
Astera Logistics GmbH
Am Kielsgarben 8

info@ordely.org
FOP Taranets I I (Ukraine)
Technical contact: info@sande-it.com
“S&E IT” is a trade name used by this partner and is not a separate legal entity.
Unless the checkout or order confirmation identifies another contracting party, Astera Logistics GmbH operates the Ordely Service. The operational partner may provide application publishing, technical support and order-processing assistance on its behalf.
3The Ordely Service
Ordely is designed to help customers in Kurdistan discover products, submit purchase requests, pay where available and arrange delivery. Product information may be sourced from third-party marketplaces, including Amazon Germany, through product-data providers.
Ordely is an independent service. Amazon is a trademark of its respective owner. Ordely is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. References to a third-party marketplace describe a product source and do not imply a partnership.
The exact role of Ordely for an order—including seller, purchasing intermediary, importer, delivery coordinator or support provider—may depend on the product and will be determined by the information shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
4Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must place the order.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete account, contact, delivery and payment information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials and verification links confidential and for activity under your account.
- Notify Ordely promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Ordely may require identity or order verification to protect customers and prevent fraud.
- One person must not create accounts to evade restrictions, abuse promotions or interfere with the Service.
5Products and catalogue information
Product titles, images, descriptions, ratings, availability and source-market prices can be supplied by third parties and may change without notice. Colours and dimensions may appear differently depending on the device or source listing.
Ordely takes reasonable steps to present accurate information, but a catalogue error does not require Ordely to supply a product on clearly incorrect terms. If a material error is discovered after an order, Ordely will contact you and offer correction or cancellation and an appropriate refund for amounts already paid.
You are responsible for checking size, compatibility, voltage, language, regional restrictions and other product requirements before ordering. This does not reduce any mandatory right concerning goods that are faulty or do not match the agreed description.
6Prices, currency and promotions
- Customer-facing totals are normally displayed in Iraqi dinars (IQD). Source prices may originate in EUR, USD or another currency.
- Currency conversion, marketplace price changes and permitted rounding can affect the final IQD amount.
- The final total and known discounts are shown at checkout before you submit an order. Delivery, customs, duties or other charges will be shown where they are known and applicable.
- Voucher and promotional conditions may include eligibility, dates, minimum order values and usage limits. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn in cases of error, abuse or fraud.
- “Free delivery” applies only where shown for the selected order and delivery point.
7Orders and contract acceptance
- You select products, delivery details and a payment method and submit the order.
- An on-screen message or automated email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
- Ordely may verify availability, price, payment, identity, delivery feasibility and legal restrictions.
- The order is accepted when Ordely confirms it for processing or dispatch, or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance.
Ordely may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, suspected to involve fraud, cannot be delivered, or a required payment is not completed. If payment was captured, Ordely will arrange a refund through the original method unless another lawful method is agreed.
After acceptance, changes are not guaranteed because procurement or fulfilment may already have begun. Contact support as soon as possible if you entered incorrect information.
8Payment
Available methods may include cash on delivery and First Iraqi Bank (FIB) online or card payment. A method can be unavailable for a product, location, device or risk check.
- For cash on delivery, payment is due to the authorised courier when the order is delivered, unless the order confirmation states otherwise.
- Online payments are processed by payment providers under their own technical and privacy terms. Ordely does not store full card numbers.
- You authorise the relevant provider to process the displayed amount and must use a payment method you are permitted to use.
- A payment shown as pending is not complete until confirmed by the provider. Do not submit duplicate payments; contact support with the order number if status is unclear.
- Refund timing depends on the payment provider and banking system. Ordely cannot control a bank's posting time after a refund has been issued.
9Delivery, risk and customs
You must provide a reachable phone number and an accurate delivery point. Map coordinates assist routing but do not replace accurate contact information. Standard Ordely delivery is estimated at 7–21 calendar days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delays can result from source-market fulfilment, customs, weather, transport disruption, address problems or events outside reasonable control. Ordely will provide available tracking or status information and contact you where a material issue requires action.
Ownership and risk transfer as required by the law applicable to the order. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than mandatory law permits. Import duties, taxes or clearance charges are payable only as disclosed at checkout or otherwise validly agreed; where an unexpected charge arises, contact Ordely before paying it.
10Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
To request cancellation or return, use Returns & Refunds or contact info@ordely.org with the order number. Do not send goods to an address until Ordely provides instructions.
Where Ordely advertises “30-day easy returns”, that commercial policy applies to eligible items from the delivery date, subject to the conditions shown for the product or order. Items may need to be unused, complete and returned with original packaging. Hygiene-sensitive, personalised, perishable, unsealed software/media and other legally excluded or clearly identified items may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.
If an applicable law grants a right of withdrawal, including a cooling-off period for a distance contract, that right applies independently of Ordely's commercial policy. Return-shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are allocated as disclosed before purchase and as required by law. Ordely bears costs for wrong or defective goods where the law requires it.
Approved refunds may be reduced only where permitted—for example, for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item. Refunds are made through the original payment method where practicable.
11Faulty goods and legal guarantees
Products should match the agreed description and be of the quality required by applicable law. If an item is damaged, faulty, counterfeit, incomplete or different from what was ordered, contact Ordely promptly with the order number, description and supporting photographs where available.
Depending on applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Manufacturer warranties and marketplace guarantees may provide additional rights but do not replace mandatory legal rights against the responsible trader.
12Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or to order prohibited goods;
- interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, servers or other users;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer or automatically extract catalogue data except where law expressly permits;
- upload malware, harmful code or content that infringes another person's rights;
- impersonate another person, submit false delivery or payment information, abuse refunds, chargebacks, vouchers or support;
- use Ordely content or infrastructure to build a competing database or service without written permission.
13Your content and communications
You retain ownership of photos, reviews, messages and other content you submit. You grant Ordely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the Service, fulfil your request and comply with law.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it is lawful and accurate. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Ordely may remove content that violates these Terms or legal obligations.
14Intellectual property
The Ordely name, interface, software, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Ordely and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended consumer purpose.
Third-party product images, names, trademarks and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. No licence to use those materials outside the Service is granted.
15Third-party services and links
The Service may connect to payment providers, map services, app stores, product-data providers and source marketplaces. Their own terms and privacy policies can apply when you use them. Ordely is not responsible for an external service's independent acts, but this does not remove liability Ordely has under mandatory law for its own Service or contractual obligations.
16Availability, updates and security
Ordely aims to keep the Service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages or exceptional demand may temporarily affect search, checkout, payment, tracking or support.
Ordely may update the website or app, change features and apply reasonable limits to protect performance and security. Material changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted order without a lawful basis or your agreement.
17Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ordely is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused solely by incorrect information supplied by you, or failures caused by events outside Ordely's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law governing the relevant claim.
18Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and may request account deletion through the available account controls. Account deletion does not cancel an accepted order, remove payment obligations or erase records that Ordely must retain by law.
Ordely may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, Ordely will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Existing consumer and refund rights remain unaffected.
19Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that a consumer retains the protection of mandatory law that applies in the consumer's country of habitual residence where that protection cannot be excluded.
Please contact info@ordely.org first so Ordely can try to resolve the issue. Consumers may also use any competent consumer-protection authority or court available under applicable law. Exclusive jurisdiction in Germany applies only where lawfully agreed, including for qualifying business users; consumers keep any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent court.
20Changes, severability and contact
Ordely may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. The updated version will be published with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively and will not reduce rights under an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Ordely may transfer the agreement only where your rights are not reduced contrary to law.
