The texture is soft and smooth with an amazing colour release. Comes in 30 irresistible shades that are perfect for vamp! Eyeshadow your eyes are amazingly emphasised, improved and intense. The formula contains jojoba oil, softening and nourishing, antioxidant vitamins E and C as well as cottonseed oil, for softness and moisture. Directions Apply the eye pencil to the upper lash line near the lashes for a natural look. For a more dramatic effect, you can also apply it to the lower lash line.
