The Crew Midlayer Jacket is now even better. This classic, iconic favorite jacket now has some improvements, but fear not, because the iconic look remains clear: it's The Crew. Based on feedback from professional sailors, we removed the plastic sign in the rear yoke but retained the hanger loop. The all-purpose crew is waterproof/breathable, windproof and warm thanks to their HELLY TECH Protection technology - plus fleece lining. We've upgraded them with smart sailing features: taped seams, a high collar with fleece lining, adjustable hem and cuffs, plus double zippered hand pockets and a hanging loop. She is popular with sailing teams and features a "secret" zip on the inside of the jacket that makes it easy to embroider, leaving your crew to have their own look.
