Glueliner glides along the lash edge like an eyeliner and can be applied seamlessly as an eyeliner. Directions Use: apply to clean, dry, damp and unvarnished eyelids. Start with one eye and apply the GlueLiner along your natural lash line like a normal eyeliner. Note: If you use Clear GlueLiner, apply your normal eyeliner over this product, not underneath. Before the liner can dry on the eyelid, immediately apply your KISS eyelash band along the GlueLiner line. Tap in to fix the eyelash strip. Repeat the process for the other eye.
